She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Florida and brings strong leadership, organizational, and administrative expertise to the practice. She also has experience in legal administration within family law, strengthening her skills in client relations, operations management, and compliance.
Savannah works closely with healthcare and wellness professionals across multiple specialties, helping her stay current on industry trends while supporting patient experience, daily operations, and the continued growth of the practice.
Amy Grobstick
Owner & Founder
Amy Grobstick is the Founder and Owner of Elevate Functional Wellness & Primary Care and an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in neurorehabilitation, mental health care, family medicine, and addiction recovery. With a strong background in treating traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, she is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Amy provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, addiction and recovery support, preventive and primary care services, wellness planning, and individualized treatment programs designed to promote long-term healing and overall well-being. Her approach focuses on treating the whole person by integrating physical, mental, and emotional health through evidence-based and holistic care.
Known for her compassionate approach and commitment to patient advocacy, Amy works closely with individuals and families to create supportive, personalized care plans that empower patients to achieve lasting health, stability, and improved quality of life. Victoria McDavid is a Family Nurse Practitioner providing internal medicine and preventive care with extensive experience in patient assessment, chronic disease management, care coordination, and health education. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care focused on improving long-term patient health and wellness.
Her background includes leadership roles in clinical health services, utilization management, case management, rehabilitation, home health, and primary care support across diverse healthcare settings. Victoria is experienced in managing acute and chronic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and promoting preventive health strategies to support better patient outcomes.
